Help - DVD Rom reads DVDs As Cds

I have the proper drivers. Even just double checked and reinstalled them..

Anyways, i tried opening my computer, and it shows, dvd rw drive..

insert a blank dvd in drive.. it prompts me what to do.. either burn cd using wmp.. or do nothing.. or open folder.. i close that, and my computer says cd rw drive now?..
